Merchandise vendors, please note!

This is an Irish Festival and we want as much Celtic merchandise as possible. If you do not have Celtic merchandise, we probably will not approve your application. If you still want to be in the festival,  please check the sponsor page.

 

Vendors are expected to be open all festival hours. Once we finalize the layout, maps will be posted on the web page.

 

Vendor procedures are available in Word format or PDF format.

If you don't want to fill out the online form below, you can request a hard copy application from the vendor chairman.

2009 Colorado Irish Festival Vendor Application

Check if a wheeled vehicle will be part of your space (limited).

Cost for a 10X10 space is $350. Additionally contiguous 10X10 increments are $250 (10X20 = $600, etc.)

Folding chairs are available to rent at $5 each. How many do you need?

Folding tables are available to rent at $10 each. How many do you need?

Power is $30 per single outlet (300 Watt max). How many do you need?

Applications need to be received no later than May 1st.

 

You will be notified of acceptance or rejection by May 1st. At that time, checks should be sent to the Colorado United Irish Societies. Information will be provided via email.

 

Checks are due no later than June 1st.
