O'Connor's Irish Stout

You have asked for an Irish Stout and we have one for you... O'Connor's Irish Stout. You won't find this stout anywhere else... it was especially brewed just for us!

Why O'Connor's? Mrs. O'Connor is a woman cut from traditional Irish cloth; strength that belies her dimensions. With a cross look that would cut you in half and a presence that holds it all together. Dignitaries coming to visit her parish had been told many tall tales of her and never leave disappointed. Some say it's the royal blood flowing in her veins. Her only known weakness they say is a crankiness in the evenings with the onset of slumber. Others claim that even the Queen of England enjoys an afternoon nap. But does the Queen of England have a stout in her name? I think not.

Like her namesake, O'Connor's Irish Stout is strong flavored with a body that belies its content and has a little kick to it. Drink responsibly as you don't want her to catch up with ya.

(John O'Brien won the “Name the Stout” contest, suggesting we name it after the Colorado Irish Festival President.  After six years, Kerreen "Kacey" O'Connor is stepping down. The Colorado Irish Festival Committee Chairs voted and endorsed the name "O'Connor’s Irish Stout". Thank you, Mr. O'Brien for your suggestion and thank you Kacey for all your years of bringing the best of the Irish to Colorado!)
